Our Mission and Values

 The Tiny Footprints Brotherhood is a support network for fathers who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy, infant or child. The Brotherhood aims to provide community, understanding, compassion, and healing for bereaved fathers worldwide.

  • We respect that grief is personal and unique.
  • We accept and acknowledge every loss without judgement.
  • We help men navigate loss.

 

Code of Conduct

1. Respect and Empathy:  We value and respect each member of our community. We commit to showing empathy, understanding, and consideration towards one another, acknowledging the unique experiences and emotions related to loss.

2. Confidentiality:  What is shared within the Brotherhood stays within the Brotherhood. We prioritise confidentiality and respect the privacy of our members. We do not share personal information or stories without explicit consent.

3. Inclusivity and Diversity:  We embrace diversity in all its forms and welcome individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. Discrimination, prejudice, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated within our community.

4. Supportive Engagement:  We encourage active participation and supportive engagement within the brotherhood but also respect silent witnessing. Constructive dialogue, sharing of experiences, and offering support to fellow members are essential aspects of our interactions.

5. Compassionate Communication:  We commit to communicating respectfully and compassionately.
